SeniorLIFE provides comprehensive health care related services that enhance the quality of life for our members and their families. Dependable, safe transportation is one of these services. We will transport our members:
- To and from the LIFE Center
- To and from medical appointments coordinated by the care team
- Via ambulance service if needed to a hospital emergency room
- Using other transportation as approved by the member's care team
